I really feel identified with it. It reminds me (of course) of Charles Eisenstein’s “hitting bottom/alcoholic” parable in relation to society. It’s very nice to be reminded from another angle, and a very personal one at that. For me this type of “surrender” is very grounding and clears up the mental kipple and rush to “solve” things mostly following automatic or trauma-based patterns.

Lately, and following Robert Anton Wilson’s lead, I’ve been conceptualising the future as “chaos” and this is also a useful imagery for me to re-conceptualise McKenna’s eschaton predictions. Chaos is equal to peak-complexity, information and, most thrilling, surprises.
